How it works:
Once your order comes through you will receive confirmation and Holly will be in touch to ask you to choose a frame from her current collection. She will need several photos of your beloved pet which she will use to paint from. These can be texted, whatsapped, emailed or sent as a message via Instagram @hollyfrean Various sizes and styles of frame are available ranging from the minute (12 x 15 mm) up to palm sized (10 x 11 cm) and everything in between, scroll through the images to see some examples. Disclaimer: the exact style may not be available but Holly will send similar styles for your approval before starting work.
A note on deliveries: please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery from the day you provide images to allow for the work to happen, for the oils to dry, for framing and for the postman to deliver. Your keepsake will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and a tracking number will be provided once your order is fulfilled. We cannot guarantee exact arrival date as this of course depends on your local postal service but we can guarantee that it will be painted and mailed within our promised timeframe. Please ensure you enter a shipping address where there will be someone to sign for your order.
